Ellee Duke är tillbaka för att släppa singeln Love made me do it och med det följa upp Alexa, turn off my feelings från i Maj. På låten skyller sångerskan på att hon varit förbindas av kärleken och kunde inte tänka klart när det kommer till en del tvivelaktiga förhållanden. En lekfull poplåt med skönt beat och melodi som känns som ytterligare en hit för sångerskan skulle jag säga.
Sångerskan berättar:
”I like thinking of love as this little Cupid angel flying around shooting us with love potion filled arrows that transform us into these heart eyed, love sick hooligans. That’s how I’ve felt in many relationships, at least. I think many of us feel this way. I have countless friends who have told me stories of people they dated who put them through the ringer and as humans we love to blame and shame ourselves. But I think the real problem is that we forget to love ourselves first. This song gives anyone who has gone through this a bit of a hall pass to not feel so dumb or ashamed for letting that person walk all over you, and remember that your heart was in the right place. You were just doing what you thought you were supposed to and sometimes love confuses us, and it all gets a little out of hand.”
