Den 21-åriga italienska sångaren Zhero tog sitt pick och pack för att flytta till Storbritannien för att leva sitt liv och jaga musikdrömmen. Efter en knippe singlar under senate året är det nu dags att bli lite nostalgisk och sjunga om sitt beslut att flytta för sin mor på singeln Mama. Allt producerat till en behaglig poparrangemang med drömliknande känsla och stora trummor. Väldigt färgat av 80-talet kan man säga, och det finns en anledning för det. Zhero berättar:

“I choose to produce the song inspired by the 80s because my mother has lived her teenage years during that decade, listening to Madonna, Depeche Mode and Eurythmics, it is my mother’s favorite decade.”

Om arbetet med Mama fortsätter han:

“I wrote the lyrics in less than one hour, the words were all inside of me since a while. I wanted to find the best way to tell my mum about my choice, trying to make her less sad as possible. She always has been so possessive (in a positive way) about me, so I knew that my decision could really hurt her. Since it was hard for me to express myself and my feelings using speeches and words, writing the song helped me to share all I had to tell to her and my family.”
