Den Los Angeles-baserade sångerskan Gallo följer upp debuten Sugar Daddy med den catchiga poplåten Truth of Dare.

”I wrote Truth or Dare about relationships that you know are never gonna go anywhere but in that “failure” was exactly what you might’ve wanted and seemed more of a success to you. It’s a topic my girlfriend’s and I always discuss. You tend to see guys wanting more casual relationships without any definition but when you see a girl wanting that it’s thought of much differently and that just got me thinking. That’s the train of thought I was on when writing this song. It’s not about being a tease but feeling empowered with the understanding that there’s no shame in giving into someone intensely just for a few moments and not feeling lessened by it. There just seems to be a double standard nowadays. So I wanted to give people experiencing this an anthem of their own. One that’s not often sung about. The idea behind the music video was a day in the life of a stylized version of Gallo as I hitch a ride, go to a motel alone, and have an indulgent evening by myself. The macabre imagery evolved from the seductive, temptress, and twisted tones at the heart of Truth or Dare. I think the way the video is drenched in reds and smoke captures that passion and seductiveness of this song and I’m so in love with how it came out!”
