Saint James är nu tillbaka med singeln Ghost och följer med den upp Take me Home. En låt som fick extra bra spridning tack vare att den tyska producenten och DJ:n Wankelmut remixade den.
Den nya singeln är skriven av Saint James tillsammans med Gustav Nyström samt Joakim och Björn Olovsson.
”I wrote the song about embracing the things that haunt you – you’re not afraid of them, you’re actually inviting them to cross over into your world. The lyrics are paralleled through a story about two people in love, separated by some kind of barrier like they’re from two different dimensions. The only way for them to reach each other or make their love a reality is to break through this barrier and get away together.
It comes from a slightly darker place than you might expect, I wanted to brighten it up with a more summery production. On the surface, it’s a song about two runaways in love. If you care to peel back a layer, it’s about your own inner ghosts.”
