När Diplo -projektet Major Lazer och franska producenten DJ Snake bjuder in danska MØ att sjunga på deras nya singel blir det inte bara bra, det blir liksom fantastiskt.
MØ själv säger detta om samarbetet:
”I love working with Diplo and his Major Lazer crew. They are all super sweet, funny and cool but also because we always write the songs in a very open and creative environment. ’Lean On ’ was created from us exchanging several different beats, melodies & lyric snippets while traveling and then we met up for sessions in places like Amsterdam and Las Vegas and cut the record.
Ever since I heard ’Get Free ’ for the first time a few years back I’ve dreamt about collaborating with Major Lazer so I’m super stoked about ’Lean On ’ dropping now. The song is about the fear of outgrowing someone you love. But also how the most important thing in life is to have someone to lean on when you face difficulties and struggle with all the shit that life throws at you.”
