Will i gruppen berättar mer:
“When you’re approaching adulthood, and trying to decide what to do with your life, there can be pressure to go to university. It’s sold as this incredible experience that will change your life – but it can also be a massive culture shock. You’re not my real bed is written from the point of a friend talking to the protagonist – who’s encouraging them to open up about their feelings, and remember why they decided to come to university in the first place. It’s a conflicted song, but in the end – the real-life inspiration for this track stuck it out and smashed their degree – so it has a real sense of optimism!”
