Sångerskan berättar:
”This is a love song – but a contemporary one. It’s not about a romantic relationship, but on a platonic-female love. I wrote this song about my best friend (who’s also named Roni, huh). Our mutual nickname is Swan, while she’s the red swan due to her red hair and I am the black swan due to the resemblance between me and the black swan portrayed by Natalie Portman.
In times like these when everybody’s talking about women empowerment, I believe that nothing is more empowering than a strong connection between women.”
